Skins - anyone else a fan?

i dont think it will be the same without chris, sid, tony, cassie, michelle, maxxie etc...
but i like effy so i won't judge until i see it i suppose

i love Skins! i was a big Chris/Jal fan, and Tony.... but... i adore Effy so im looking forward to seeing whats gonna happen. nothing will beat the originals though.

ive read that there will be 2 girls dating each other on skins.. naomi n emily.

i never watched the first series, but all my mates did
so i joined in on the second series
which had me epically depressed every episode, but i still liked it
and i liked the first episode of this series
me and my best mate were having a debate over whether emily was gay or not
wooo hallelujah if they've chose to have their token gay person as emily
i think she's awesome.
see if she can live up to maxxie eh?

ahh i loved the first series
and i knowww she's much better than her twin! but LOL at their pervy brother
yeah i think she is... she's just in denial. i think her and naomi would be good together!
you can sort of see it as well like in promo's and the starting credit things, like her clips are always with or right after emily's and in the 'coming up' thing after the first epi there was a few scenes with them together but it was all really quick so it was hard to see. but there was the one where they're riding bikes together!

The coming up on skins clip of them on the bikes was so cute! lol
I love skins and when I heard about the whole cast changing I wasn't sure I was even going to watch, but I did and I think they've done good considering we have to get to know a whole new group of people.
Emily was pretty much my favourite straight away.
Her and Naomi together is going to be amazing
I like how they had the back story, it's intriguing, and it makes it more believable that they could fall in love (like the spoilers said) over such a short perios of time.

i agree! she seems to have a much better personality as well
i saw an interview with them and theyre not actually idential but for the show they are 'identical'

and i agree with what you said earlier about the cast change, i wasnt really expecting much but i thought the first episode was really good and now i cant wait for the next!
it will be interesting to see how they end up together as well considering naomi doesn't seem to really like anyone in general, although i loved all the looks between her and emily!

well i get what you're saying about Emily i do like her more than Katie... there's just something about her that Katie doesnt have. in that first scene i thought she was going to be a bit of a bad ass the way she beat the heck out of her brother, lol, but she's not and i like that. i think she's my 2nd fave character after Effy... but my 1st fave new character. the show on a whole though, i gotta say i wasnt expecting much... but i really liked it. i think they did a really good job and not making any characters too similar to the last cast, except for maybe Cook who i couldnt help but think of as 'ripoff Chris'... but yeah im excited for this season now. quick question... i know they found Sid's stuff in that locker but is that the college the last cast went too? i dont remember it looking like that
