i cant wait for the next episode, too! i really loved the first episode n actually i got to say.. its the first time im watching skins..hehe. ive heard bout it before but i was never that interested. but this one could be really good. i like all the characters in their own way..
from funny to sweet guys. but especially naomi n emily intrigued me. naomi is really a strong n independent character.. she doenst give a shit bout what people think bout her..i like that.
n emily is quite the opposite.. im sure there is something more to her than meets the eye n im hoping she will get out of her shell during the series. she seems to be a lovable girl.
regarding naomi n emily's relationship..the writers didnt give away that much bout them in that episode.. just the fact that they had a backstory. ive heard that they will bond.. n im looking forward to how their friendship develops into something more.

Emily's just ace and I think Naomi's amazing, how different she is and just doesn't care.

I was watching the previews of the next episode on the E4 website. and during the party Naomi and Emily are there, but when they'running off they're not :S

also i really wanna find out about the backstory cause lily loveless said its quite sour and not nice, and katie doesnt like her. but emily does and she's glad theyre in the same class and wants to be friends, but naomi not so much lol. i wanna see how that changes.

i've been on a total skins bummage since thursday
AND my friends actually watch it, as opposed to HO so WOOOHOOO
i was really impressed with it
i didnt watch the 1st series, but then under recommendation i watched the 2nd which i have to admit - depressed the cack out of me
so i was glad to c the humour and everything come back into the first ep
and then i cottoned on to the whole emily thing
which me and my friend tried to suss out
and then we read the spoiler and wer lyk
yup, she's a gay one.
so that's a plus, but i love the whole thing anyway
can't wait for this thursday

yea i think so,too. as the writers introduced her as a head-strong charcater who doesnt give a shit, its really interesting to see how she will develop in the course of the series.. that shes not so sure of herself anymore as she thought..especially regarding her sexuality.

Definately, it'll be a blow to Naomi to not feel completely like, in control of herself I think.

And I can't remember if it was that interview on page four, but Lily said that all of the episodes were written by younger people who have experienced the subject.
I like the way they've done that.

i think as she's so strong of mind
and set in her beliefs and way of life
for something like the questioning of her sexuality to come along
it must totally blow her mind
whereas emily's never had a boyfriend and all that
so she's more prepared to go and b with girls
rather than naomi who's been with lads before
